Jiu-jitsu training camp entirely focused on ecological and non linear dynamics in training and teaching jiu-jitsu and combat sports. The so-called ecological approach, or constraint led approach, is a hot topic of conversation in jiu-jitsu right now. The focus for the promoters of this methodology is on training skills rather than techniques, with a heavy focus on training everything always with live resistance.Often misunderstood as simple positional sparring, the ecological approach is instead a very deep, rooted in science framework with enormous advantages for both athletes and coaches. If you are curious about training or teaching with this method, in this camp you will be able to experience several classes, and you will have dedicated Q&A sessions.
