Born in January 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada, she began training in BJJ at eight years old after transitioning from Kajukenbo, where she earned her junior black belt. Helena quickly established herself as a formidable competitor, winning multiple titles in juvenile divisions, including the IBJJF World Championship and the AJP Abu Dhabi World Pro.At just 17 years old, Crevar made history by becoming the youngest athlete to qualify for the ADCC World Championships, securing a silver medal in 2024.
