Lucas Lepri, hailing from Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil, is a true icon in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As the owner and founder of Lucas Lepri Academy in Charlotte and Fort Mill, and the head professor of Lepri Academy, Lucas has established himself as one of the most accomplished and decorated jiu-jitsu athletes in history.
With an astounding 9 black belt World Championship titles to his name, Lucas has achieved the rare feat of winning every major jiu-jitsu tournament globally, a distinction held by only a select few athletes. His black belt competition record, which began in 2007 with a World Championship victory, is a testament to his unparalleled skill and dedication to the art.
In 2014, Lucas showcased his dominance by winning every major tournament he entered, including a commanding performance at the World Championships. He continued his winning streak in 2016, securing yet another gold medal at the World Championships in a display described by Flograppling as "flawless."
